High faculty soccer star Bryce Gerlach, 18, has been hailed a hero after he died shielding his associates from a taking pictures at a fall competition in Indiana.

The taking pictures occurred after a dispute between two teams on the Harvest Homecoming competition in New Albany, Indiana round 10pm on Saturday. The teenager was fatally shot on the scene, and two others, an unidentified 22-year-old man and 44-year-old girl had been taken to the hospital, WAVE reported.
