Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro (D) has known as billionaire Elon Musk’s plan to award $1 million every day to voters who signal his America PAC petition forward of Election Day “deeply concerning.”

“I think there are real questions with how he is spending money in this race. How the dark money is flowing, not just into Pennsylvania but apparently now into the pockets of Pennsylvanians,” Shapiro mentioned Sunday on NBC News’ “Meet the Press.” “That is deeply concerning.”
