A bunch of rich conservatives have funneled $140 million to a sequence of organizations that might work to assist GOP efforts to problem the 2024 presidential election outcomes.

Hobby Lobby founder David Green and Wisconsin delivery billionaires Richard and Elizabeth Uihlein are amongst these making sizeable donations to those teams, The Wall Street Journal stories.

David Becker, the manager director of the Center for Election Innovation and Research, informed the Journal that many claims made by this election integrity motion are “not designed to fix problems now.”

“They’re designed to set the stage for claiming the election was stolen post-election,” Becker mentioned.

The Independent has contacted the Uihleins and Green via their respective firms for remark.

Donald Trump is going through prices in Washington, DC, and Fulton County, Georgia, each associated to alleged efforts to overturn the 2020 election, which President Joe Biden legitimately gained.
