The UK’s economic system is predicted to develop barely sooner than anticipated this 12 months and subsequent 12 months, in accordance with the federal government’s official forecaster.

Presenting the Budget, Chancellor Rachel Reeves stated the Office for Budget Responsibility (OBR) predicted the economic system would develop by 1.1% this 12 months, up from its earlier prediction of 0.8%.
