A harmful and disqualified driver crashed his automotive as officers pursued him for not carrying a seatbelt.

PC Haddon Smith was on patrol within the Balderton space of Nottingham, when his consideration was drawn to a Land Rover Discovery pushed by 33-year-old Bobby Parr.
