An Arizona pastor has been indicted after allegedly utilizing a secret digital camera to document girls within the lavatory of his church.
Arturo Laguna, a religion chief on the Casa de Adoracion – in Phoenix – was taken into custody on November 6. He was accused of putting in the recording system within the lavatory in October. A grand jury indicted him on the fees this month and he’s scheduled to return to courtroom this week.
According to a police report, obtained by Fox 10, the digital camera was discovered by a girl after it fell out of a dryer within the lavatory the place she was altering her child’s diaper.
Detectives later obtained a screenshot exhibiting Laguna fixing the digital camera within the lavatory. He later admitted to putting in the system in October.

Laguna has been charged with a number of counts of voyeurism, a felony in Arizona.
