Due to the excessive stage of illness in Germany, Allianz boss Oliver Bäte recommends eliminating continued fee of wages on the primary day of sickness. This would scale back the burden on employers, the CEO instructed the “Handelsblatt”. Germany is the “world champion when it comes to sickness reports”.
