Bedford: Three teenagers arrested on suspicion of homicide after stabbing close to bus station | UK | News | EUROtoday
A 17-year-old and two 18-year-olds have been arrested on suspicion of homicide following the dying of Thomas Taylor, 17, who was stabbed close to a bus station in Bedford on Wednesday, Bedfordshire Police stated.
The pressure detailed that the people have been arrested on Friday.
A fourth individual, a person in his 60s, was arrested on suspicion of helping an offender on Thursday and has been bailed pending additional inquiries, PA studies.
Thomas was attacked in Greenhill Street, Bedford, at round 5.50pm on Wednesday.
Detective Inspector Richard Stott is main the investigation for the key crime unit.
He stated: “This is an absolutely shocking incident in which a teenage boy has lost his life as a result of knife crime and serious youth violence.
“We want to reassure the wider community that officers are pursuing all lines of inquiry as well as carrying out increased patrols in the surrounding area.”
