It’s been three years for the reason that finish of Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard’s Jurassic World trilogy.

Despite bringing again Jurassic Park trilogy legacy stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum, Jurassic World Dominion was poorly acquired with simply 29 per cent optimistic evaluations.

Nevertheless, dinosaurs proved as fashionable as ever, and the film remodeled $1 billion worldwide.

It was a no brainer then for Universal to reboot the reboot with Scarlett Johansson, Jonathan Bailey and Mahershala Ali in a sequel helmed by Rogue One’s Gareth Edwards within the director’s chair.

The first trailer for Jurassic World Rebirth has landed and takes our heroes again to the island but once more. Except this time it’s a unique dinosaur island that was the analysis facility for the unique Jurassic Park.

The official synopsis reads: “Five years after the events of Jurassic World Dominion, the planet’s ecology has proven largely inhospitable to dinosaurs. Those remaining exist in isolated equatorial environments with climates resembling the one in which they once thrived. The three most colossal creatures within that tropical biosphere hold the key to a drug that will bring miraculous life-saving benefits to humankind.”

Jurassic World Rebirth hits UK cinemas on July 2, 2025.
