This is the disturbing second a person grabs a canine and throws it within the air on a road in Glasgow.
The Scottish Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SSPCA) has launched a probe into the horrific act of cruelty within the metropolis’s Shettleston neighbourhood on Saturday, February 8.
Jade Harrison, 30, noticed all of it unfold alongside together with her mum, who began filming after rising involved by the canine’s submissive behaviour.
The video exhibits a person stroking what seems to be an English bull terrier, pulling the cowering canine nearer to him because it tries to get away from him.
In the minute lengthy clip, the person could be seen grabbing the canine’s head in each palms then persevering with to stroke its again.
The canine lowers its head as the person retains each palms on it. He then factors to the bottom because the canine appears away from him down the road.
It then walks behind the person who stands up and reaches right down to the canine, grabbing its again legs after which throwing it into the air.
The poor pooch turns head over heels earlier than smacking onto the bottom.
Jade informed the Daily Record: “I have never witnessed anything like it in my life. I was disgusted and distraught.
“I used to be watching from my window and I didn’t know my mum was watching from her window and was videoing it.
“We both had a feeling something was going to happen and kept watching to make sure the dog was okay then the next minute we witnessed this.”
Jade stated she confronted the person earlier than reporting what occurred to the SSPCA. She stated: “I was in some mess. I couldn’t even get my words out when I was on the phone.
“I stood nose to nose with the person and let him know we noticed what he did and let him know we had it on video additionally.”
Jade added: “You can see within the video the canine is scared and that is an ongoing factor and isn’t a one off. There was no want for it in any respect, the canine didn’t even do something improper.”
SSPCA confirmed it has acquired a report and an inspector is trying into it.
