A courtroom in France is to rule Friday on the case of Mehdi Nemmouche, a 39-year-old convicted French jihadist who was indicted for allegedly holding 4 journalists hostage for the Islamic State group in war-torn Syria over a decade in the past. Nemmouche is already in jail for killing 4 individuals at a Jewish museum in Brussels in May 2014.
