A Ukrainian delegation is ready to satisfy with US negotiators in Riyadh on Tuesday to debate a proposal for a restricted Black Sea ceasefire with Russia. A group from Moscow who met with the US representatives within the Saudi capital a day earlier described the talks as “not easy, but very useful” and mentioned dialogue would “continue”.
