A girl and a toddler aged simply 6, had been smuggled into the UK at the back of a lorry by way of ferry – against the law which noticed three folks arrested. The trio had been detained by National Crime Agency officers on the morning of Sunday 23 March, after a lorry arrived on a ferry from Hook of Holland into the port of Killingholme in North Lincolnshire.

It was searched by Border Force, who had been working with the NCA, and the lady and baby, each Albanian nationals, had been discovered hid within the cab. They had been handed to the immigration authorities.
