French actor Fanny Ardant testified in favour of 76-year-old display screen icon Gerard Depardieu at his trial on expenses of sexual assault in Paris, saying she had by no means seen him behave in a “shocking” method with ladies. The trial pertains to expenses of sexual assault throughout the filming in 2021 of “Les Volets Verts” (“The Green Shutters”) by director Jean Becker.
