Two federal judges have blocked nearly similar govt orders focusing on two outstanding legislation companies linked to the investigation by former FBI director Robert Mueller into president Donald Trump.

It comes after both firms filed federal complaints on Friday, saying that the orders violated the Constitution’s protections for free expression and due process, and were meant to punish opposition to Trump and his administration.
“Our Constitution, top to bottom, forbids attempts by the government to punish citizens and lawyers based on the clients they represent, the positions they advocate, the opinions they voice, and the people with whom they associate,” stated the grievance from Jenner & Block.

The companies wrote that the orders have already affected their enterprise, with Jenner & Block saying that one shopper has been notified by the Justice Department that the agency can’t attend a gathering on the constructing subsequent week.
