French President Emmanuel Macron on Thursday met with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and US envoy Steve Witkoff in Paris to debate a ceasefire in Ukraine. The talks come as Donald Trump’s push to finish three years of preventing has not but borne fruit and after Russian chief Vladimir Putin refused to agree to an entire truce regardless of a number of efforts to interact him.
