Police have charged three males following the demise of a lady in a crash on a golf course after a police pursuit.
Suzanne Cherry, 62, was struck by a Nissan van at Aston Wood Golf Club on Blake Street, Lichfield, at 10.25am on 11 April. She died in hospital on Tuesday final week.
Staffordshire Police have now charged John McDonald, 51, of Bloxwich, with manslaughter, assault by beating and failing to cease a car when directed by an officer.
Johnny McDonald, 22, of Dudley, and Brett Delaney, 34, of Darlaston, Walsall, have been additionally charged with manslaughter.
