Israel: Government revokes discharge of the home secret service supervisor | EUROtoday

The Israeli authorities has revoked the dismissal of home intelligence officer Ronen Bar. The dismissal introduced in March was withdrawn, it mentioned in a letter printed on Tuesday to the Supreme Court.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu had fired the pinnacle of the home secret service Schin Bet on the finish of March. He justified the step with an absence of belief in money and the failure of the Schin Bet within the Hamas assault on October 7, 2023.
