Algiers expels new French officers, a choice "incomprehensible" for Paris | EUROtoday

Algeria determined Monday to expel new French officers from its territory. In response, the French Minister of Foreign Affairs Jean-Noël Barrot mentioned that France would reply “immediately, firmly and proportionately” to this “incomprehensible” resolution.
