A second man has been charged over suspected arson assaults on properties and a automotive linked to prime minister Sir Keir Starmer.
Romanian nationwide Stanislav Carpiuc, 26 has been charged with conspiracy to commit arson with intent to hazard life following a sequence of fires in north London, the Metropolitan Police stated on Tuesday.
The 26-year-old will seem at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday morning.
He is accused of conspiring with Ukrainian nationwide Roman Lavrynovych, 21, who has already been charged with three counts of arson with intent to hazard life, and others unknown over the incident.
