Russia claimed on Sunday that its forces had reached the border of Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk area for the primary time and had been pushing into the central-eastern industrial and mining hub in what can be a symbolic and strategic setback for Kyiv. There was no fast response from Ukraine to Russia’s assertion.
