François Bayrou unveiled his tracks on Tuesday to seek out 43.8 billion euros in financial savings for the 2026 funds. A two -part venture: on the one hand, the “Stop to debt” plan; on the opposite, the plan “in front of production”. Among the measures proposed: a “white year”, management of social spending and the battle towards tax fraud. For Emmanuel Maurel, Communist deputy (GDR) of Val-d’Oise, “this budget is inequitable and the most vulnerable will be affected”.
