SElon an INSEE research, 83 % of the 7.6 million younger French individuals aged 15 to 34 occupying a job in 2024 judged their abilities in adequacy with their work, whereas 15 % of them estimated themselves “declared”, contemplating having abilities larger than these required for his or her publish. “The feeling of downgrading is lower at the two extremes of the diploma scale,” notes the research.
