Drinks not covered are those drinks with a content of more than 1.2% alcohol and plain water and other drinks with no added sugar.

The Government adds: “A ‘free refill promotion’ means a promotion that provides the patron the identical drink or one other drink to which this regulation applies (together with free top-ups of any a part of such a drink) totally free after consumption of all or a part of a primary drink.
