The guide followers up Tiktok have chosen their favorites: The Tiktok Book Awards have been offered for the third time on the Frankfurt Book Fair. All winners obtain prize cash of two,500 euros. A brand new prize has been added for the perfect movie adaptation.

According to the digital platform, there are virtually 67 million posts worldwide beneath the hashtag #BookTok on Tiktok. The group has “established itself as a driving force in the book industry and is leading to more and more young people finding their way back to books.”

The course of relies on the German Book Prize. In September, Tiktok printed a longlist of nominees. A jury chosen 4 nominees in every class. Between October 1st and eighth, the group was capable of vote instantly through the app.
