For a few of the virtually 1,900 Afghans in Pakistan who wish to journey to Germany, this hope has now been fulfilled. For the fourth time for the reason that change of presidency in Berlin, Afghans who’ve agreed to be accepted have set off by airplane from Pakistan to Germany.
