A 2020 Dutch warfare drama with rave critiques and an ideal rating is being hailed as a must-watch.

The Forgotten Battle (Dutch title: The Battle of the Scheldt) has been directed by Matthijs van Heijningen Jr. and brings to life on the massive display the 1944 Battle of the Scheldt.

The story follows three most important characters – a Dutch Axis soldier performed by Gijs Blom, a British glider pilot portrayed by Jamie Flatters, and a Zeeland resistance fighter delivered to life by Susan Radder.
