Police in Toronto have recovered 600 stolen objects and arrested two suspects in reference to thefts of jewelry, ornamental urns, and different valuables from mausoleums and cemeteries throughout southern Ontario.

In a press convention on Monday, Halton police mentioned officers investigated greater than 300 thefts over the past two months wherein thieves focused eight mausoleums and cemeteries throughout daytime hours.

They allegedly tricked property managers by posing as grieving members of the family wishing to tour the premises and used instruments to unlock and open niches with out inflicting seen injury.

A forty five-year-old man and 31-year-old lady have been arrested in Niagara Falls, Ontario, on 7 November. They have been charged with dozens of offenses together with indignity to a useless physique, theft and possession of property obtained by crime.
