‘The Black Pool’: Irish writer Tim MacGabhann on overcoming habit | EUROtoday

An Irish writer who struggled for years with alcohol and drug use has spoken to FRANCE 24 about his e-book that tells his story of habit and restoration. Tim MacGabhann says he was born lacking a layer of pores and skin that different folks appear to have, that means that every thing simply hit too onerous. He says that round age 17 he broke into the drinks cupboard and felt fully secure. His memoir is entitled “The Black Pool: A Memoir of Forgetting”. He spoke to us in Perspective.
