An 88-year-old motorcyclist died after an accident on a rustic highway close to Euskirchen. A driver hit the motorcyclist early within the night for causes which are nonetheless unclear, the police stated. The man fell and suffered critical accidents because of the collision. He died on the scene of the accident. Rescue employees had beforehand tried in useless to resuscitate the 88-year-old. The driver of the automobile was taken to hospital with minor accidents.
