The Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, was obtained this 1^er December on the Elysée by French President Emmanuel Macron. At the top of their bilateral assembly, they spoke with American negotiators Steve Witkoff and Ukrainian Rustem Umerov, who’re main discussions in Florida.

The two heads of state then held a press convention: “Today, strictly speaking, there is no plan that has been finalized on territorial issues. It can only be finalized by President Zelensky”affirmed Emmanuel Macron, who insisted on the absence, for the second, of a “comprehensive peace plan”.
