Renunciation of 49.3 reiterated

But nothing says that this could satisfy the National Assembly. Not sure either that the LR deputies are in line with their senator counterparts. “Up to 1,400 euros, your pension is increased. The moment of truth could come well before December 9 because deputies must already vote on the “revenue” part of this budget, with or without the CSG, potentially as early as Thursday.

During his speech on Wednesday at the National Assembly, Sébastien Lecornu also reiterated his renunciation of using 49.3. “You have final responsibility for this copy”despite the call from the president of the Republicans and former Minister of the Interior, Bruno Retailleau, for Mr. Lecornu “assume” to use this constitutional provision which allows the adoption of a text without a vote on it. The head of government wants a “PLFSS of compromise and transition”.
