Edouard Philippe introduced, Monday, December 8, on LCI that he would advocate to the deputies of his social gathering, Horizons, to abstain on the Social Security financing invoice (PLFSS), on the eve of an important vote within the National Assembly.
“This text does not satisfy us and we cannot vote for it”, however “I am not an architect of chaos, I am not proposing to vote against. Edouard Philippe estimated that the Prime Minister, Sébastien Lecornu, was taking a ” risk “ by refusing the usage of article 49.3 of the Constitution on this textual content. For him to make use of it “It’s not anti-Republican, it’s certainly not anti-democratic.”
