A digicam filming the Kilauea volcano in Hawaii captured its personal destruction throughout an eruption.

US Geological Survey (USGS) footage confirmed the distant system malfunctioning because the volcano, one of many world’s most energetic, erupted, spewing ash and lava.

The video was recorded from a closed-off space within the Halema‘uma‘u crater, because the volcano erupted on Saturday (6 December).

An estimated 12.6 million cubic meters (16.5 million cubic yards) of lava erupted and lined about 50-60 per cent of the ground of the crater on Saturday, in keeping with the company.
