Manchester Museum has unveiled a brand new gallery showcasing hundreds of African artefacts, lots of which have unsure origins, in a bid to ignite discussions surrounding colonial-era looting and restitution.

The gallery, known as Africa Hub, explores whether or not artefacts needs to be returned to their communities of origin, or whether or not they are often shared and celebrated in new methods in Manchester.
