The M606 has been closed in each instructions, with drivers warned of 20-minute delays. The closure follows a crash on the motorway.

The crash concerned a single automobile which struck the central reservation barrier and knocked over a lamp column in to the highway. National Highways stated on X: “M606 close to Bradford is closed – northbound between J1 and J3 and southbound J2-J1.” West Yorkshire Police and National Highways Traffic Officers are on scene and managing visitors.
