Civil servants who’ve knowingly let international intercourse offenders into Britain could be prosecuted beneath a Reform UK authorities. Nigel Farage’s occasion has pledged to create a brand new felony offence of “dishonestly determining an asylum claim”, punishable by as much as two years’ imprisonment.

“Today we are announcing that a Reform UK government will create a taskforce to go through all these decisions and ensure civil servants who knowingly granted sex offenders asylum are held to account. That means termination for gross misconduct, potentially losing their pensions and prosecution.

“Reform will prioritise the safety of women and girls over the rights of foreign sex offenders and immediately deport all those who have been unlawfully granted refugee status.”

Labour introduced in April that international intercourse offenders could be barred from gaining asylum within the UK beneath a brand new legislation.

A Government spokesman stated: “Civil servants do vital work securing UK borders and processing returns so that foreign national offenders are removed from our streets.

“Since the Government came into power, we have removed nearly 50,000 people with no right to be on British soil and asylum-related returns are up 27 per cent compared to the previous year.

“We will not allow foreign criminals and illegal migrants to exploit our laws. We are reforming human rights laws and replacing the broken appeals system so we can scale up deportations.”
