California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) torched President Donald Trump and certainly one of his most staunch loyalists, Kid Rock, after the musician shared a photograph of himself throughout an outing with the world chief.

Newsom’s dig got here after the rockstar, 54, posted a black-and-white picture of himself smiling and sitting beside Trump, 79, in a golf cart on X on Monday.

Kid Rock, born Robert James Ritchie, captioned the submit, “Golfed with your favorite President again recently and he played me a live version of James Brown and Pavirotti performing ‘This is a Mans World.’”

He added, “Can’t believe I have never heard this. Incredible!”

The Daily Beast reported that the rocker initially misspelled each the title of the music and the tenor’s surname in his submit.

In response to Kid Rock’s submit, Newsom’s Press Office account reposted the songwriter’s image on Monday with the caption, “Cute couple.”

Newsom has repeatedly trolled Trump and his MAGA supporters amid their ongoing feud, with each politicians taking public jabs at one another.

Meanwhile, Kid Rock has remained certainly one of Trump’s most fervent supporters, even performing on the president’s rallies and defending Trump’s controversial insurance policies, regardless of ongoing division throughout the MAGA base.

Earlier this month, Newsom mocked Trump over his false claims that he would’ve gained California within the 2024 presidential election if he hadn’t been cheated by the Democratic Party. Trump made the remark at a White House Christmas reception.

In an X submit alongside a clip of the president’s feedback, the California governor laughed off Trump’s incorrect remarks, merely writing, “Hahahahahahahahaha ok.”
