HAS pressured to think about society “from above” and to deprive the forces appearing on the bottom of finances, they lose their footing, suffocate, and switch away. All rural mayors and mayors of sub-prefectural cities are calling for a change of outlook and the rebuilding of a public coverage on the stage of our municipalities.

Our political imaginations have shifted. They are now not these of latest many years, detoured by a well-defined left-right divide. The strains are blurred. The divide now passes between those that cope with issues from under and those that add to them from above. This is what the French really feel.
