Nadia Massih is happy to welcome Dr. Tobias Scholz, Asia Associate within the Research Cluster of Cybersecurity and Digital Policy on the German Institute for International and Security Affairs. After practically 20 years of on-again, off-again negotiations, the EU-India commerce settlement has been signed and is awaiting ratification in a shifting geopolitical panorama.
