A bus has burst into flames in Edinburgh metropolis centre, with emergency companies scrambled to the scene. Shocking photographs present the bus on fireplace on the South Clerk Street close to a Sainsbury’s grocery store.

Plumes of smoke and a big black cloud are seen rising from the bus, whereas close by automobiles keep away from the chaotic scene. An eyewitness instructed Edinburgh Live: “I saw some people who had stopped at the stop sign. I went to see what they were looking at and was like ‘holy ****. I thought, ‘maybe I should get out of here really fast.’ When I walked down the street a bit farther, and I turned around, the whole bus was now enveloped in flames.” The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service is presently in attendance. It is unknown whether or not there are any casualties.
