Speaking with FRANCE 24’s Monte Francis, Marc Loustau, Affiliated Fellow on the Institute for Advanced Study at Central European University, says that Monday’s assembly between US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban ‘didn’t produce the sort of motion that Orban want to have had earlier than the April elections’ as a result of US President Donald Trump ‘just isn’t excellent at following up on his guarantees’.
