Celeriac doesn’t usually fall into my prime 5 greens, but it surely works brilliantly as a mash, and with buttery leeks and fish completes a fantastically tasty trio. Any leftover mash blended with further cheddar or feta and the Syrian-style spice combine makes for a scrumptious type of potato cake/fritter! I just like the eggs on this, however when you’d quite not embrace them, up the portions of fish from 250g to 300g.
