Zack Polanski’s declare that he instantly apologised for providing hypnotherapy to extend a girl’s breast measurement has been thrown into doubt by an unearthed interview. The Green chief instructed he might use his thoughts to enlarge the bust of a Sun newspaper journalist when working as a hypnotherapist in 2013.

The “eco-populist” has since insisted he was misrepresented and stated he apologised the day after in an interview with the BBC.

But he appeared to double down on the idea in an interview with BBC Radio Humberside nearly every week later.

He stated: “Actually there was an article in The Sun last week where a client came to see me who was a journalist and we had a successful project,’ he said.

“We’ve accomplished it a few instances and there appears to be no shift.

“But, actually, increasingly more and more as I work people there’s starting to become anecdotal evidence, at least, of a growth in breast size.”

When requested on Good Morning Britain final September if he believed on the time that hypnosis might enlarge a girl’s breasts, he stated: “No. I was misrepresented, I apologised a day later.”

Speaking to LBC in 2024, when he was deputy chief of the Greens, he stated: “I apologised immediately, the day after the article 11 years ago, to say that doesn’t represent my work… I apologised because I recognise that can be offensive to people.”

A Labour supply stated: “Zack Polanski’s ego might have got bigger, but nothing else has.

“It’s now clear that his pretence to have been misrepresented over his breast enlargement hypnosis rip-off was absolute nonsense – he received referred to as out years later, and he lied about it.

“You can’t trust a word he says – he’ll say whatever he thinks you want to hear.”

A Green Party supply stated: “Zack has repeatedly apologised for an interview he did with the Sun more than a decade ago.

“Now, Zack is focussed on the problems that basically matter to individuals: bringing down payments, defending the NHS and rebuilding our public providers.”
