Young lady raped 5 occasions by sick paedophile – ‘no remorse’ | UK | News | EUROtoday

A monstrous paedophile who raped a baby has been jailed for 25 years. Joshua Moore aged 32 of Buxton Street, Keighly was convicted by a jury of 5 baby rapes, assault by penetration, sexual assault and making indecent photographs.

He was sentenced at Bradford Crown Court on March 20 to 25 years in jail and 4 on licence. Moore was made to signal the intercourse offenders register for all times and given an indefinite sexual hurt prevention order. Detective Constable Stuart Barrows of Bradford District’s Child Safeguarding Team stated: “Moore is an extremely dangerous sexual predator who has shown no remorse throughout the case.

“He has had to put his victim through a trial, where she has had to relive the ordeal again.

“The actions of Moore are abhorrent and disgusting and whilst this significant sentence will never undo what’s happened, I hope it can provide some comfort to the young girl as she tries to rebuild her life.

“Bradford District Safeguarding Team have specially trained officers who take reports of this type of offending seriously and sensitively. We will listen and support you throughout the process.”
