In the proxy advisor’s report it is suggested to reject the current president of the nominations committee Domenico Lombardi, the current councilor Alessandro Caltagirone and the candidate Elena De Simone. In addition to these names, which appear among the first 12 on the board of directors’ list (Maione first, Caltagirone fifth, Lombardi sixth and De Simone eleventh), the proxy suggests rejecting the last four: Gianmarco Montanari, Simonetta Iarlori, Francesca Pace, Rosa Cipriotti. Among the twelve names to vote in favor of, there are also Corrado Passera and Carlo Vivaldi.
