The Lebensborn programme, that means spring or supply of life, was probably the most secret and unbelievable tasks of the regime in Nazi Germany. Its purpose was to provide start to kids who have been seen as “perfect” within the eyes of the Nazis. These so-called Aryans – tall, blond and blue-eyed – have been representatives of the “master race” that Adolf Hitler dreamed of.
