Traffic on the M4 in Wales has floor to a halt this morning following a rush-hour crash.

There are big tailbacks on the westbound carriageway following the collision between J27 B4591 Glasllwch Crescent (Highcross) to J28 A48 (Tredegar Park). Congestion is trailing to J26 (Malpas Road).
