An enormous diesel spillage and car has sparked rush hour visitors on the M6, with hour-long delays for commuters.
Emergency companies attended the scene in Staffordshire this morning (November 20), with three of the 4 northbound lanes remaining closed.
National Highways is warning of extreme delays of as much as two hours for drivers. The clean-up operation is underway.
A put up on their web site learn: “Staffs fire are leading the response with National Highways Traffic Officers providing assistance with traffic management.”
