Payment app PayPal is encountering points worldwide, it has confirmed.

It mentioned in a publish on its service standing web page it was experiencing “a system issue” which may be affecting a number of PayPal Products – together with account withdrawal and categorical checkout.

“Our technical teams are actively working towards resolving the issue,” it provides.

Thousands of shoppers globally have reported being unable to log in to their accounts or experiencing issues making funds.

Platform outage monitor Downdetector had obtained greater than seven thousand studies from customers as of 12:12 GMT.
